Seems like we checked into this once. Is WIC the one that requires your farm be inspected and meet certain growing practices? Also requires all kinds of farm record keeping and reports? Don't the vendors have to have some sort of card reader hooked to a phone line? Maybe I'm thinking about something else. Can any of you tell me what taking WIC will involve?
