Yes. Though g & c are very good--with natural "meds" or supplements, it
takes longer to feel the difference.

Alternatives, of course!

The good ole' Chinese med clinic has taught us a whole arsenal of stuff to
do for various ailments. Our doc calls eliminating crunchiness "polishing
the joints." For crunchy shoulders, try big wide arm circles. Swing one arm
forward (kind of like swimming in place--the front crawl or Australian
crawl) -alternating 20 x, then swing backwards 20 x. Then when you can stand
that and want to get really crazy, both arms simultaneously--and when you
want to show off (!) you can do both arms together but alternating
direction. This one is hard to get the hang of it, have to go very slowly at
first and kind of walk yourself through it. It's good for your balance,
coordination--and your joints & arms.
