Hi,

"- Require educational use as per the education use clause drafted and
discussed on this list"

Current discussion on this point assumes the main use of cc.edu will be to
release content that has already been created. Increased quality of
collaborative software (and understanding of the value of networks), seem to
indicate that collaborative content development will be an increasingly
important process in the future.

A license that is based on simply releasing existing content is reflective
of a mindset of "lone wolf" content creation. I would hope that cc.edu would
be crafted to reflect collaborative efforts.

Question: If content is developed via communities of practice...which
may/may not include a combination of corporate and educational
participation, how is the collaborative development released under the above
license that is reserved specifically for educational use?

George
