Elliotte Harold scripsit:
XOM currently includes support for several 8-bit ISO encodings that are
not supported in the JDK, including:
ISO-8859-10
ISO-8859-11
ISO-8859-14
ISO-8859-16
ISO-8859-14 is a synonym for TIS-620, and should be treated as such.
On further research, it seems likely you were thinking of ISO-8859-11. Is that correct? 11 is Thai. 14 is Celtic according to http://www.iana.org/assignments/charset-reg/ISO-8859-14
