I agree, code/data separation is a very Good Thing and IMHO DETAILS files
contain data, whilst BUILD, DEPENDS etc are functions and should be
executable. We've started down the road of code/data separation with the
sorcery/grimoire split so I think we should finish the job.

[ But before we get into format wars - it's only a matter of time before
someone suggests XML! - let's get the principles nailed down first. ]
