Sorry I've been silent these last few days...

I'm answering e-mails as I read them, so if this has already been run through
the trenches, let me know.

Shall we name the new, combined list "sm-dev", use "sm-admin" for this (since
it's a PITA to get a new list setup)? We'll also want to remove sm-grimoire
and
sm-sorcery (keeping the archives) once the new (old?) list is setup (reused).
