Actually it is an issue for both.
To a greater or lesser degree any team's work affects the other two teams
also, this change will require coordination from grimoire team, grimoire
branch maintainers, sorcery team and all the devel sorcery and test grimoire
users who will iron out the few minor bugs not caught by the extensive
testing already done.
It supports the recent proposal for a single developers list not the separate
quasi-elitist lists currently used. Of course, for this to be achievable,
team leads must respect other team's members inputs and stop thinking their
team has exclusive rights to discuss their product.
Having seperate lists and team elitism will continue to be a major hurdle in
this projects future.
