The problem with having only one spell is that it may mess up dependency
handling. e.g. some stuff *needs* ffmpeg-cvs, while others don't work
with the cvs version. Stuff like this can only be handled with seperate
spells. Having to recast a spell that provides both stable and cvs
version because something else just needs the cvs version is not
acceptable, spells have to work out of the box.
That said, libs that have a cvs version should stay seperated,
applications for which we want to support both versions can probably be
merged, as long as nothing depends on them.
