Summary: dhcpcd ignores options in /etc/sysconfig/dhcpcd
Product: Codex
Version: test grimoire
Platform: Other
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: net
AssignedTo: sm-grimoire-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: zeraxeal AT gmail.com

I've been using dhcpcd with ifupdown as the program used for dhcp option in
'interfaces' file, and I assume that default options for dhcpcd are set in
/etc/sysconfig/dhcpcd (otherwise, why would it be there?).

However, resolv.conf is overwritten whether I write -R or --nodns for
command-line options in dhcpcd file, although those two options are supposed
to
prevent dhcpcd from touching resolv.conf.

Also, when I manually started dhcpcd after killing the one that was started
automatically and starting dhcpcd with -R, resolv.conf is not overwritten,
which meant that those options do work when starting dhcpcd in command-line.

PS. I'm using test grimoire version of ifupdown and dhcpcd.
