I get this without xorg-modular. I suspect certain webpages are not sending
the correct character encoding and sending a different actual encoding for
the content than they advertize. It hasn't bothered me that much since my
own pages and most good pages view fine. Is this only a problem in a certain
program like firefox/minefield?
