modules developed for 1.6 MAY not works (depends on how are developed,
which primitives they use etc...) with 1.8, while modules developed
for 1.8 surely doesn't works with 1.6

I think to add to all guile dependents software in grimoire a
test which check guile version and print an alert if 1.8 is used/going
to use while guile spell will recast dependents modules upon upgrade.

For some modules (like mcron, guile-dbi etc...) there are two
versions (one for guile 1.6 and one for 1.8) so in this case is easy...
but for others I plan to add only the warning message (waiting for
news from the upstream maintainer)

thanks,
