Yeah, I guess that's how other spells change/add/remove files there. Now the
question to sorcery team: because many spells touch this directory during their
installation, is adding "volatiles" file to scrollkeeper spell enough, or this
path must be included in system-wide "volatiles" list?

It's been a while since I really dealt with scrollkeeper, but as far as
I remember all that's needed to rebuild the /var/scrollkeeper stuff is a
scrollkeeper rebuild-db.
