Modes for expert medium and basic modes...

This would mean a complete rethinking of the linux spell....

Lot's more code.

The one question I would have about implementing something like this is, what
'mode' would you consider the current linux-new spell to fit?
Then what you expect from the other 'modes'?

we are probably going to have to start putting out releases of the damn linux
spell...

Yeah are you sure we really want these mode things?
