I believe so, yes. And the config for this would presumable go to /etc/httpd/sites/<spell>.conf.
With my other suggestion, the config would go to /etc/httpd/sites/<spell>.conf.default, and copied to /etc/httpd/sites/<spell>.conf if that file's not present.
