That's odd, either the nvidia installer changes those or they finally
added sysfs support to their driver so udev creates the devices.
Can someone check that? Just remove /dev/nvidia* and run udevstart, if
they show up again they did add sysfs support.

Up to now the nvidia devices were created by the devices init script
based on /etc/udev/udev.missing with permissions 0666, if udev now
creates them itself we should add those permissions to the
udev.permissions file we install (and remove them from udev.missing).
