According to that same page, GRUB works fine with XFS.

Q: Does GRUB work with XFS?

Yes there is native XFS filesystem support for GRUB starting with version 0.91
and up. There is a GRUB rpm that supports XFS in the download section for the
1.0.2 installer on the FTP sites.

Perhaps we should also offer GRUB as a bootloader on the ISO? Or replace LILO
with GRUB (though I hear some people say that GRUB doesn't work on some
machines...).
