It's not that hard. It's basically interactive sed.

I made comments there. I really would like the grimoire team to fix their
bugzilla usage so that there's a way to just be on the grimoire-bugs list
and see all traffic. I don't like missing bugs because they happen to be
in a section someone once owned.

Not unless the admin asks us to, no. It's their /, not ours.
