I agree here.
With devel sorcery, we can actually do something about such changes _if_
there's a way to detect that the current qt-x11 was not built with stl
support. Given such a way exists, it would look like
depends qt-x11 &&
if ! qt_has_stl; then
force_depends qt-x11
fi
Added to the DEPENDS of those spells that need it. That's overall the
sane solution for spell changes that only affect a handful of other
spells. Let's keep PATCHLEVEL use down to stuff that really needs to be
update for _everyone_.
