I will be ordering a pound of dulse ($28 + shipping) from these folks in
April.
Wakame is recommended for miso soup but I have always used dulse with green
pepper, cabbage,
carrots, onion, celery and soaked dried mushrooms, shittake if can find a
local source (Asian groceries usually have them
dried and inexpensive; they also have tree fungus which is good in soup).
