*Dan Hemenway Permaculture Design Workshop*

Friday, January 31 through Sunday February 2, 2014.
Moccasin Lake Nature Park, Clearwater, FL

Grow Permaculture is pleased to present a rare opportunity -- a Permaculture Design Workshop by Dan Hemenway, veteran permaculturist with more than 30 years of experience teaching and applying permaculture in Florida and around the world. Dan will take students through the design process at a typical suburban home. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insights from the top veteran permaculture designer in Florida in an infrequently offered in-person workshop. The Friday evening lecture that launches the workshop will be open to the general public for $20.

In the workshop, Dan will cover some basic and important aspects
and tools of design and walk you through the site to go over specifics about
the potentials of that site. You will get to participate in the process of a design, and will be exposed to tools and ideas that you will be able to use on your own property.

The workshop will remain intimate and has limited enrollment so
please register early to reserve your spot. This workshop is expected to sell out early.

Cost: Friday Lecture: $20 Weekend Workshop: $249. Early bird: If paid in full before December 25 at midnight, 2013, the cost is $230.

Organic, fair trade coffee and tea, a mostly vegan lunch on
Saturday and Sunday, and mostly vegan supper on Saturday evening are included in the price.

We offer a limited number of scholarships for people active in
their communities who cannot afford the cost. We also accept payment plans.

Please contact us early for more info.

It is suggested that students purchase study materials 3 months
ahead of the workshop, so that you can read them before the workshop begins. You will get a lot more out of the workshop if you study these materials first. You will receive a list of suggested reading materials upon registration or RSVP.

If childcare is needed, please contact us four weeks in advance to arrange.
