Jenny's sig line clued me in - "Bugs, the OTHER white meat" lol. And kudzu
is an edible green that can be prepared a number of ways. Kudzu potato chips!
Way crunchier than fried twinkies lol (never thought of frying twinkies,
lmao!) It's also great fodder, nitro fixer, fiber, pollinator, and about 20
other uses. Great permaculture plant. "use abundances to remedy scarcities"
Someday, someone will figure out how to make a lot of money on kudzu by
harvesting it rather than spraying.
