Did you ever see the documentary I am Cuba, this aspect of land
ownership extends to people ownership, quite a dichotomy.

The issue of subprime loans and predatory lending practices, cloaked
in the flag of enabling everyone to be a land owner, is a whole other
topic. So is long term debt. Neither of them apply to this situation,
which is the only situation I have been discussing ...
