Rudeness is never appropriate, and to know better and respond in kind is even
worse. Far better to maintain politeness, understanding, respect, and
compassion. I know it's tough. Just my humble opinion.
I think "road rage" would almost disappear if there were far more courtesy,
patience, and understanding. Frank
