Hello Lawrence,

We make a variety of bokashi's. The basic formula: to make 50 lbs use 1/2 C
EM, 1/2 C molasses, and 1-1 1/2 gallons of water and add to 50 lbs of wheat
bran (can get at feed store). We usually add more water, looking for about
30% moisture content. Then you mix by hand until everthing is evenly moist,
put into buckets and press down to remove as much air as possible. Fill
bucket to top and put air tight on and let it ferment for at least 2 weeks,
until it smells like pickles. Then you can start using it with kitchen
garbage of any kind.
We usually add screened manure and cottonseed meal to the wheat bran, and can
add kelp, rock dust, bone meal, to create a really potent full spectrum
fertilizer full of microorganisms. The possibilities are endless.
For some really usefull and applicable info on EM punch in APNAN manual on
google and download info from Thailand. Good agricultural uses.
Hope this helps. Any more questions, just ask.
Dwayne
