Well, as mIEKAL points out, it may mean that the particular grower can't,
or chooses not, to afford the costs (whether in money or time or both)
and/or limitations (such as not being able to use compost tea, having to
document compost ingredients, etc.) associated with legally using the term
"organic"...?
I gather the cost of certification is still more 'per unit' the smaller
one's operation is...correct, or has that changed?
