One thing that needs to be pointed out is that a mother with kids
already has a full time job, that of being a mother. If she chooses
towork outside the home, that is her right, but I'm of the opinion
that no mother, especially asingle mother, should be forced to work
outside the home because of economic necessity. dealing with that of
course requires a wholesale revision of our society, in particular, a
rebirth of village and neighborhood life, so we have to make the best
of a bad situation, but it always helpsto keep our eyes on the ideal.
the plight of single moms is more a reflection on the toxic nature of
our culture and economy rather than the situation of the mother.
