"Actually, yes. At my most cat-ridden, I had eleven, plus a couple of
dogs. It takes a little orchestration to get them to ignore what's in
the next cat's bowl and concentrate on their own, but it can be done.
The dogs, of course, have to stay out of the kitchen until the cats are
finished.

It does, however, take eleven bowls."

I can vouch for the plan, my group of 9 survives on lunch waves like
elementary school kids, less bowls, I just have to keep the bowls and
area clean. Sometimes it means more spacing between bowls too.

They want to please me to live the "good life" and to do so means they
have to get along.
