lamb's quarters, raw in salads
::: recipe:

lambs quarters - fresh tender leaves
tomatoes
cucumbers
green peppers
avocado
leaf lettuce
red onion
olive oil and lemon juice or cider vinegar dressing


wild mustard is great year round and provides nutritious winter greens when
nothing else is around
::: recipe:
pounds of shredded wild mustard, washed
coat with olive oil, salt and crushed red pepper in saucepan
add small amount of water
cook slightly until blanched, take off heat and allow to cool down until warm
blend mild miso with water and add to pot, stir and serve in bowls with:
rice
tofu, tempeh or beans

wild strawberries
upland wild cress
blackberries

heven't tried purslane, nettles or chickweed yet

how about honeysuckle soy ice cream or sorbet
