how to get rid of the hairs, or did I miss a post?
Boiling it or steaming it - also, relatively hairless when you get it in the spring....
Did you know the Romans used Nettles to keep warm ? They'd rub it all over themselves..Now that's tough !
( apprently the sting is therapeutic)
The fiber was used for clothes production in England in WW2
- Essential plant in Biodynamic preps...
