Dr. Mark Cook, one of our best poultry PhD's, says he can't think of any diseases shared by poultry and cattle. I know in some places they actually work some chicken manure into cattle rations, the ruminates can utilize the high N content of this manure to some extent (i don't recommend this practice, too much N can be a serious problem.)
