Jerry will give you an Albrecht interpretation of your soils. This interpretation will explain what is going on in your soil and contain recommendations on how to balance the soil to maximize the energy available to the plants and, ultimately, to yourself.

Jerry also gives one heck of a good talk on animal health.

Try to make it over to Indianapolis to the ACRES USA conference in Mid-December to learn more about working with your soils in an ecological manner.

This conference is great fun, every kind of sustainable ag., organic, bio dynamic, energetics type folks from North America will be well represented.

Short answer: yes, extension soil test are only appropriate for NPK (chemical) farmers.

Right on, at least the first round of testing on a farm should include trace and secondary minerals. If you have figures for Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) and your base saturation levels for cations that really makes it easier to evaluate your soil.
