Aloha,
Last week's Seattle Weekly feature spread was on the 'revolution' in
localizing food, being driven by local chefs and 'food activists' as
well as local organic/alternative/non-chemical producers. Lots of
heartening news about increases in farmer's markets (# and $$), local
'celebrity' chefs and/or food producers supporting and sourcing from
more local and less chemical-dependent farmers, etc.
