How about 1/100 acres of land and a _whole lot_ of communal land. A good old
commune,
eco-community, permaculture-community, intentional community is just what is
needed
in great number across the globe these days, especially to ensure the
availability of
livelihood, materials, services, waste recycling, housing, medical services
(alternative and conventional),
elderly care and food supplies.

One potental of the wiki's is to add a definition like
"Idea-AgrarianSuburb?" to which the above paragraph could be added. Maybe
other folks have insights into other aspects of the idea, and it could
evolve into a more full bodied concept.

Absolutely. I like the name Agrarian Suburb. Brings lots of ideas to mind.
This should be a major component of the PC Wiki.
