Georg-- Will do, point taken. I actually work as a recycling and solid
wastes consultant, and these sort of issues are my "topic of concern and
interest," especially as the solid waste systems of the first world are
poorly designed, involve exports rather than local industry or
remediation... I am in the process of developing an international action
group on such things, and would be happy to share such info when it is
developed.

Anyhow, time is wasting and we've labored on this enough. Your point is
taken.
