Graham, I have already expressed my annoyance about Marsha's e-mail, but I
want
to let you and anyone else who ever gets stuck in this situation know that
there
is a way to by-pass e-mail, well, sort of:
Go to www.twigger.co.uk (there are versions for other countries, too,
accessible
from that site). You can view all your e-mails there and delete anything you
don't want and then download in the normal way. This is handy if your e-mail
account ever gets blocked with a large message.
