the seeds are said to be halizunogenic - mash,
steep in cold milk or water for a few hours, drink with all - vomiting might be
a sideeffect, and quite a lot might be needed.
in order to kick it out of its niche it might be
worthwhile to try fukuokas hint: plant a member of the same family of economic
value - which would be sweetpotatoes, or hawaiian woodrose (merremia tuberosa),
which is a cashcrop for florists (dried arangements) and a halizunogenic
of higher potency and known dosage requirements.
