I am sure they know this list exists. They are free to join in. Its not
like a lot of people haven't been trying to get in touch with them
recently to no avail: no telephone, email or website contact.
Those of us volunteering to do an online directory are doing so for free
also.

We may not now or ever equal the effort they've put forth with their
directory but can make a substantial contribution. There's a win-win
situation here. They will have access to our directory to do with it as
they wish and claim it as their own. If they are unwilling to make
available resources for people to use online to update the directory
then we can do this foor them, for free. The Permaculture Institute will
benefit by seeing what is doing what in the name of Permaculture; will be
able to see who is claiming accreditation and who may be violating
copyright. It should help facilitate communication between people
and organizations involved in Permaculture.

This is certainly true as it is also true that many of us who don't
practice permaculture part or full time for financial return need to
make a living somehow. Free resources on the Web help a lot. I doubt
any PC professional should have the slightest worry about anyone offering
permaculture resources for free online. It should be good for business
than detract.
