There are "Conversations with Walker Percy" (which I've read) and "More Conversations with Walker Percy" (which I am currently reading) -- both are collections of interviews.  It seems he had a hard time saying 'no' to requests for interviews -- that probably came from the same part of him that had to acknowledge all of the letters he received.

His ideas were close to his interviews.  A Percy reader once told me Percy was over-interviewed, with two books of interviews having been published.  That may have cut into his reflecting much in letters.
