In short, whatever funding we might get I think would be best spent on getting
the work done instead of all this corporate overhead type of...well, crap,
IMO.
No doubt we *could* spend 80% on overhead, but why? What's the point here?
What's Permaculturish about replicating academic/corporate resource gluttony?

Yep, would be good to make something up for this, plus I assume formal funders
would require this kind of thing for grant proposals and so on.
