I have tried to grow lillies of the valley several times and they never took
off. They are in light shade and the soil has been fertilized with horse
manure but it started out as forrest soil under trees. Any suggestions as to
how to get them to grow? jerry in southern indiana

Could it be a pH thing? Around here they are invasive, and easy to transplant.

I'm in eastern MA, with generally acidic soil.
