This year I have finally gotten my act together and put my bird netting on my
honyeberries, don't know how it will work. I bought the rolls from Veseys a
couple years ago, don't remember what it cost, but wasn't that much and
honeyberries are a similar size bush/berry to blueberries so whatever happens
in my field should be typical.

Last year, my friends sewed together the ends of a couple rolls of round bale
netting to cover their honeyberries and it worked like a charm: first crop
they've gotten in a couple years. 'Course they had to duck the dive bombing
Cedar Waxwings while they were putting it on...

Apparently farmers have no use for the small amounts of bale nettin that are
still long enough to put on rows of berries so I'm going to ask around and
see if I can find any free netting for my new 4 new 120' rows of haskaps.
