I was impressed at how long honeycrisp stayed crisp and appealing stored in my fridge.  That was before my daughter discovered she liked them, so they don't last as long as they used to.  :-)

Seriously, I had some I ordered that came in a box, and I tucked it into the fridge, and after trying the apples we sort of forgot about the box.  I pulled it out months later, I think, and they were still good.

I was interested in Fuji because of it long storage time.  Don't know much about Honeycrisp or Jonagold regarding that.
Thank you for the ideas.

Most 'Fuji' apples require a long growing season to ripen. Van Well does have a few strains that ripen a month or so sooner. Check their website.

Have you any experience with 'Honeycrisp' and 'Jonagold'. I find them very comparable in quality to 'Fuji'.
