Our local small town also offers mulch, not free though: one price of $50.00
for any size of load. It is great mulch. Only chipped up wood, bush,
shrubs, evergreens, etc. Mind you, up here we don't have fire ants, or
nutsedge and the needles are left to the residents of the big city of
Edmonton.
