Eggs are pretty easy to keep safe, fresh and clean.  Now goat milk (or any
other milk) that does require clean and quick handling. I am real picky

I seldom watch afternoon TV, but the other day Oprah had a program on longevity. They sent a program rep. to an area on Sicily where many folks live to over 100. They interviewed one man who was 105 and still working, tending sheep. Every morning at 10:00 and evening he dranks a glass of locally made dark red wine and cheese made from goats milk as well as drank goats milk.

Oprah didn't want to taste goats milk but did, and reported liking it. I've drank goats milk and can't tell much difference.  This could be a selling point for those operating a goat dairy.
