Speaking of a food strainer, what is the best food strainer for straining
out blackberry seeds? We have a bunch of frozen blackberries and I'd like
to make some jam out of them sometime this winter. I've heard people talk
about Foley Food Mills and Victorio Strainers, which is best? Are they
fast? I'd rather avoid getting an aluminum one, are they both stainless
steel? Is there a better way to separate the seeds from the pulp than a
strainer/food mill?

Thanks,
Mark
KS
