- Subject: [NAFEX] Valiant vs. Concord
- Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2007 09:35:34 -0500
Back in the days when I didn't know Valiant grapes existed, I planted Concord. I nursed my plants through a Winter so I could get seed, which I subsequently planted. A few of the seeds grew and thrived. Now that I also have Valiant too, I can't tell which is which; they are identical. Could it be that Valiant is really only hardy offspring of Concord?
