If you want to hold off for spring planting, there are two nurseries I can think off of the top of my head that do spring-only shipping who won't gouge you on the prices of trees and do quantities of trees as large or small as you need.

I've purchased trees in person and over the phone from these nurseries and never had a problem with them.

I'm looking for a good source for several varieties of fruit trees for fall planting. Am considering Stark Bros. Any comments on this nursery or suggestion of others (particularly in the east or midwest)?
