So, what happens if grape seeds are crushed into the juice?
Is the release from the seeds harmful at all?
Is the bitterness strong?
Since grapes are so sweet, might the bitterness create a more balanced
beverage?

The definition of crusher at <A HREF="http://www.answers.com/topic/crusher";>
http://www.answers.com/topic/crusher</A>
"A crusher is a mechanical device consisting of paddles and rollers that
break the grape berries and extract the juice. Crushing must be delicate
enough so
that the grape seeds are not broken, which would release their bitterness
into the wine."
Charlie Paradise, Massachusetts
