How hard would we have to hit grape seeds to make them crack in the press?
Why shouldn't we crack the grapes in the press?
Much has been made of the value of grapeseed oil and the extract made from
the seeds. Can't we obtain these values for ourselves by cracking the grape
seeds in our own extractions?
