as the seller of 40+ apple varieties i am often asked
if a fruit is "sweet or tart".
my 'nuanced' replies are often unappreciated,
and they usually will buy macintosh anyway.
i try to give out samples as son as someone expresses interest in an apple
they
have not heard of before.
